Overall experience was 5 star excellent. I am a former window/door installer, it was a pleasure working with Statewide they did not hold anything back, we collaborated on a 10,000 s/f home on the Inter-coastal with 12’ tall sliders downstairs and 10’ upstairs it has been a full year since they did the installation, not 1 drop of water intrusion, all the glass arrived protected on both sides so now we are looking through perfectly clear glass. The entire Statewide team worked with our team help us correct our errors in order to expedite the job and keep us on schedule. Working directly with Robert Marciano the PM for the job was extra special. In all my years in this industry nobody has ever done follow up-walk through - punch out as extensive as he did. I look forward to working with these guys again and again

Excellent Workmanship
Based on the appointment time, the Team of 4 showed up right on time. They went right to work covering all inside areas with plastic to minimize dust and then proceeded to remove and replace the windows accordingly. The installed 5bWindows and 2 exterior doors, Inspectors from city came and inspected then the team proceeded to calk and finish the project. All was done in one day. The neatness and professional way they completed the job was impressive. Would definitely recommend Statewide Windows and doors.

Mr Duda, I want to send out my deepest appreciation starting with Richard who went above and beyond to help this old woman out he stayed in contact with me and pulled strings and made all the magic happen. Thank you, Richard I will not forget you. As for your property manager, Barbara, what a kind soul she is. She treated me like I was family and was very accommodating. That woman deserves a raise. Yesterday all the boys showed up to start the demolition. I sat there and watched for four hours at the art that they created. They were able to remove my old single pane Windows from 1989 when the house was built. I was amazed of how they do it. I have to also Thank Bert For making sure that they took care of the drywall around my bedroom window from where the window was leaking water when it rained. Eddie, the group manager was very kind. Also, all the boys worked their asses off. I had to make them take a break and ordered them pizza and drinks for lunch. It was the least I could do my final thanks goes out to Mr. Suarez who came back today on Saturday And definitely took care of this old woman so well and helped me reinstall three window blinds that would’ve taken me all day and it took him 30 minutes. It’s amazing what a power drill can do lol. I’m a firm believer in giving praise when it is warranted.
