This relief offer is available for a limited time and subject to funding availability. Statewide Windows & Doors and Statewide Roofing Partners reserve the right to end the promotion or modify its terms without prior notice once funds have been exhausted.
Relief Amount:
Property owners may receive up to $10,000 in relief for qualifying impact window, impact door, roofing, and motorized screen projects. The exact relief amount will be determined based on project scope, product selection, material costs, manufacturer availability, and overall project eligibility.
Financing Terms:
Eligible property owners may qualify for $0 down and no payments for up to 24 months. Financing is subject to credit approval by the partnering financing institution. Terms, conditions, and interest rates will be provided by the financing company during the approval process.
Use of Funds:
Relief funds are to be applied exclusively toward qualifying impact window, impact door, roofing, and motorized screen installations performed by Statewide Windows & Doors and Statewide Roofing Partners. Funds cannot be used for unrelated services, unrelated home improvements, repair-only work, material-only purchases, or expenses outside the approved project scope.
Eligible Motorized Screen Products:
Qualifying motorized screen projects may include motorized hurricane screens, motorized privacy screens, motorized UV and solar screens, motorized patio screens, motorized lanai screens, and other eligible motorized screen systems as determined by Statewide Windows & Doors. Product eligibility may vary by manufacturer, screen type, configuration, opening size, wind rating, product approval, installation requirements, and project scope.
Project Scope:
All projects must meet the specifications and requirements set forth by Statewide Windows & Doors and Statewide Roofing Partners to qualify for this offer. Any changes or deviations from the original project plan may affect eligibility for relief funds.
Motorized Screen Project Requirements:
Motorized screen projects are custom measured and designed based on the property’s openings, mounting conditions, exposure, product selection, and installation requirements. Final eligibility, pricing, product options, dimensions, control options, and installation details must be confirmed in the written contract.
Hurricane Screen Limitations:
Hurricane-rated or storm-protection motorized screen products may be subject to specific manufacturer specifications, engineering requirements, Florida product approvals, installation requirements, usage guidelines, and opening limitations. Privacy screens, UV screens, solar screens, insect screens, shade screens, and other non-hurricane-rated screen products are not substitutes for code-approved hurricane protection unless specifically identified in writing as approved hurricane protection products.
Electrical, Structural, and Additional Work:
Motorized screen projects may require electrical work, wiring, smart-home integration, structural preparation, framing, reinforcement, access equipment, permitting, engineering, or other project-related work. Unless explicitly stated in writing, these items may not be covered by relief funds and may result in additional charges.
Non-Transferability:
This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, rebates, coupons, financing specials, or offers unless explicitly stated in writing by Statewide Windows & Doors or Statewide Roofing Partners. Only one relief benefit can be applied per eligible property.
Contract and Payment:
Property owners must enter into a signed contract with Statewide Windows & Doors or Statewide Roofing Partners to commence work. Failure to adhere to agreed-upon payment terms, where applicable, may result in forfeiture of the relief benefit.
Permit and Approval:
All projects are subject to local building codes, permit requirements, inspection requirements, HOA requirements, manufacturer specifications, and applicable product approval requirements. Property owners are responsible for allowing the necessary access and providing consent for obtaining permits and completing the work.
Product Availability:
Product availability, manufacturer availability, colors, finishes, screen types, mesh options, motor options, control options, wind ratings, product approvals, and installation timelines may vary. Substitutions or changes may affect pricing, eligibility, relief amount, and project timeline.
Cancellation and Refunds:
If a project is canceled after funding has been applied, property owners may forfeit their eligibility for the relief funds. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to the terms stated in the service agreement.

Statewide Windows & Doors and Statewide Roofing Partners are not responsible for delays or inability to complete projects due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, manufacturer delays, permitting delays, inspection delays, labor availability, property conditions, or other events beyond reasonable control.
Amendments:
Statewide Windows & Doors and Statewide Roofing Partners reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the offer will be subject to the amended terms.
Acceptance of Terms:
By opting to use the relief offer, property owners agree to these terms and conditions in full.
