Canvass Manager

StateWide Windows & Doors is looking for a motivated and experienced Canvass Manager to lead and develop our canvassing team in the Tampa market.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and knows how to motivate a team toward success. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and managing canvassers while helping drive qualified appointments and continued growth throughout the Tampa market.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new canvassers

• Lead and motivate a high-performing canvassing team

• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

• Monitor team performance and hold team members accountable

• Coach team members to improve communication and appointment-setting skills

• Conduct team meetings and regular performance check-ins

• Track appointments, performance metrics, and overall team production

• Develop strategies to increase team productivity and appointment volume

• Provide hands-on leadership, support, and motivation in the field

• Work closely with management to support market growth

• Lead by example and help create a positive, competitive, team-oriented culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous management, sales, canvassing, or team leadership experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Highly motivated and results-driven

• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment

• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Positive, professional, and energetic personality

• Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a team

• Willingness to be hands-on and actively involved with your team
