• Offer is valid only with a purchase that includes installation by Statewide Windows & Doors. Offer does not apply to material-only purchases, do-it-yourself projects, repair-only work, rescreening, screen mesh replacement, or service work.
• The offer is applicable to residential and commercial property owners within the Statewide Windows & Doors service area. Verification of property ownership may be required.

• The 30% discount applies only to qualifying motorized screen projects and may vary based on project size, product selection, manufacturer, screen type, configuration, opening size, mounting conditions, motorization requirements, installation requirements, and overall project scope.
• The free installation portion of this offer applies only to standard installation labor for qualifying motorized screen projects, as determined by Statewide Windows & Doors.
• Free installation does not include permit fees, engineering fees, electrical work, wiring, smart-home integration, structural modifications, repairs, framing, reinforcement, custom construction, demolition, painting, stucco repair, drywall repair, finish work, access equipment, service work, or any other additional labor or services unless explicitly stated in writing.
• Motorized screen projects generally require an existing suitable structure, which may include a concrete floor or deck, a solid header, soffit, beam, or roof structure above, and concrete, stucco, masonry, or structural columns, walls, or posts for track attachment. Final installation eligibility is subject to inspection and approval by Statewide Windows & Doors.
• Open yards, freestanding areas, open pool decks, pergola-only structures, areas without suitable mounting points, and structures that do not meet installation requirements may not qualify for this offer.
• Any required electrical work, structural preparation, engineering, permitting, access equipment, demolition, repairs, or other project-related work may result in additional charges.
• Product availability, manufacturer availability, screen types, mesh options, colors, frame finishes, control options, motor options, wind ratings, product approvals, and installation timelines may vary.
• Available control options may include remote control, wall switch, app control, or compatible smart-home integration depending on the selected product, manufacturer, configuration, and project requirements.
• Motorized screen products are custom measured and ordered for each project. Final product selection, dimensions, configurations, colors, options, and installation requirements must be confirmed in the written contract.
• Hurricane-rated or storm-protection screen products may be subject to specific manufacturer specifications, engineering requirements, product approvals, installation requirements, usage guidelines, and opening limitations. Please consult with a Statewide Windows & Doors representative for details regarding eligible hurricane screen products.
• Privacy screens, UV screens, solar screens, insect screens, shade screens, and non-hurricane-rated screen products are not substitutes for code-approved hurricane protection unless specifically identified in writing as approved hurricane protection products.
• Performance may vary based on product type, screen material, installation conditions, wind exposure, opening size, building structure, usage, maintenance, and environmental conditions.
• This offer is valid for a limited time only.
• The offer is applicable only during the initial visit with a Statewide Windows & Doors representative and cannot be redeemed at a later date.
• The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, coupons, rebates, financing specials, or offers unless explicitly stated in writing by Statewide Windows & Doors.
