Field Marketing Representative

Statewide Home Improvement is looking for outgoing, reliable, and motivated Field Marketing Representatives to represent our company at retail locations, community events, home shows, and other local marketing events.

This position is responsible for engaging with homeowners, introducing them to our home improvement products, and setting appointments for free in-home estimates. Our products include impact windows, impact doors, roofing, and motorized screens.

This is not a hard-closing sales position. The main goal is to start friendly conversations, identify homeowners who may be interested in improving or protecting their home, collect accurate contact information, and schedule qualified appointments for our design consultants.

The ideal candidate is professional, energetic, comfortable speaking with the public, and able to represent Statewide in a positive and trustworthy manner.

Responsibilities

• • Represent Statewide Home Improvement at assigned events, retail locations, and field marketing opportunities
• • Greet and engage homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
• • Explain basic product information for impact windows, doors, roofing, and motorized screens
• • Generate interest in free in-home estimates
• • Collect accurate customer information, including name, phone number, email, address, and project interest
• • Schedule appointments for qualified homeowners
• • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional booth or display area
• • Follow event procedures, scripts, and company guidelines
• • Submit lead cards, appointment information, and shift reports as required
• • Communicate with managers regarding event activity, supplies, issues, and customer feedback

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Prior experience in field marketing, event marketing, retail, customer service, canvassing, appointment setting, or sales is preferred but not required.
• We are willing to train the right candidate if they are dependable, personable, and motivated.
