Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person (Houston, TX)

Generate qualified leads by meeting homeowners through door-to-door outreach
Schedule appointments for our sales team
Learn the fundamentals of recruiting, coaching, and team leadership
Train directly with experienced, high-performing managers
Develop expertise in territory planning, team performance, and daily field operations
Lead, motivate, and manage your own canvassing team
Oversee daily field operations and team production
Earn management-level commissions, performance bonuses, and team overrides

Competitive base pay plus uncapped commissions

Previous experience in sales, canvassing, customer service, or team leadership is preferred but not required
