Window Installer
Living in South Florida is pretty nice. The weather is nice the majority of the time, and there is no shortage of things to do. Whether it’s for the beautiful sunny weather or the ever-growing economy South Florida is a great place to stay! However, as most Floridians know, the danger is never too far away.

Safety & Peace of Mind
Whether it be in the form of a new storm heading our way or people attempting to break into our homes, we know that protection for most threats starts right at home with our windows. Having the option to choose from hurricane proof windows, impact-resistant windows, and other choices can make it a little difficult to choose the best windows for your home, especially if you aren’t familiar with either of them. But with the experts here at Statewide Windows & Doors, you can rest assured knowing that you’re in good hands.
WHAT WE DO:
RESEARCH AND ESTIMATE
Once you decide you want new windows installed, you need to get a quote and speak with professionals. Once everything is decided on and set in stone, we can start the research. It may seem like everything surrounding the windows is already established, however, we need to get everything in order first. This includes understanding your goals for new windows and what type of protection you want, determining which windows you’ll want to protect (if not all) determining the sizes, and more. Once we have done the research and gathered as many details as possible we can get you an estimate.
SECURING PERMITS
As a homeowner, you may assume that everything you want to get done to your home is your decision. However, you need to keep in mind that if you live in a neighborhood, it may not be entirely your decision. While we doubt your Home Owners Association, HOA, is going to block you from getting new windows, you may need a permit. But don't stress, the team at Statewide Windows & Doors handles all the permit clearances for you. Without the proper permits, you risk being fined, getting citations, and other forms of repercussions. It's always better to do anything with your home the right way, including newer, safer windows.
INSTALLATION
Once everything is handled with your paperwork and permits, we can move forward. On installation day, our contractors remove all of the old windows from the frame. Then, they will go ahead and place the new windows in the frame. Once they get placed, a sealant is applied. The sealant protects the windows and ensures they stay put. Then, for extra protection, we add in moldings and casings. This makes sure your window is safely and securely placed so you don’t have to worry about damages in the future. When it comes to the installation, we prefer to be meticulous. After all, your home's protection is dependent on it!
