Mr. Lam is the Managing Partner at Statewide Windows and Doors.  As Managing Partner, Mr. Lam is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's business operations including strategic initiatives, finance, accounting, and production. He works closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to ensure that Statewide is delivering quality products and exceptional customer service to clients.

Prior to joining Statewide, Mr. Lam founded several private equity funds with a focus in commercial real estate investment in which he also served as the Fund Manager and Chief Investment Officer.  Over the past decade, Mr. Lam acquired over $800 million in commercial real assets throughout the Southeastern U.S. and has participated in over $1.5 billion of real estate transactions.  Mr. Lam’s experience also includes real estate development projects in South Florida with a focus in high-rise condominiums with a development value of over $500 million. 

In addition to Mr. Lam’s deep experience in real estate, Mr. Lam previously served in executive management roles with the Walt Disney Company, Washington Commanders (previously known as the Redskins), Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman. 

In 2018, Mr. Lam partnered with Mr. Dyda with an eye to expand and grow Statewide by leveraging Mr. Lam’s vast experience in building and growing companies by establishing core polices, process improvements and best practices in the industry.

Mr. Lam is committed to ensuring that the company is delivering projects on time and on budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.  Through his leadership, Mr. Lam has helped establish Statewide Windows and Doors as a trusted provider of impact-resistant windows and doors. He and his team are dedicated to providing clients with customized solutions that meet their specific needs and requirements.

Mr. Lam is also committed to giving back to the community through various charitable initiatives. He is active participant and a donor at his daughter’s school in Boca Raton; A.D. Henderson Laboratory School.  In his free time, Mr. Lam enjoys spending time with his family and playing sports including being an avid golfer.
